MISSION STATEMENT
Our mission at THEMIS Legal ASSIST is having a fellow lawyer provide an array of services to assist his peers in eliminating uncertainty in a given case and in allowing for the most efficient time and resource management of their law practice.
THEMIS works in unison with the lawyer representing his client. Themis strives to ensure that open communications and updates are provided on an ongoing basis. The aforementioned ensures a true "team" environment that is crucial to the successful representation of the attorney' s client.
THEMIS shall provide all information available and confirm all tasks completed in a timely, orderly, and exemplary manner to allow you to represent your client effectively and achieve favorable results for him/her. THEMIS knows your needs, assignments, and the judicial system.

D. Lyle Elkins, Esq.
Lyle practiced primarily criminal and personal injury law for almost 30 years. He is admitted in Maine, Massachusetts, District of Columbia and Nova Scotia. Before becoming a lawyer, he spent 12 yearsas an air traffic controller. He also flew as a regional airline pilot. Along with a degree in marketing, he has a JD, and LL.M. Now following a different career path, he now carries over this sense of professionalism in his assisting fellow lawyers, as required, in the efficient time and resource management of their law offices.
